Project Overview
As part of the large-scale Emlak Bankası Bahçeşehir development, Emit was the electrical contractor for 444 high-rise housing units in the 2nd phase, 1st section. The project involved the electrical installation using the tunnel formwork construction method, requiring precise coordination and execution for a mass housing project.
Scope of Work & Key Deliverables
Our scope for the 444 housing units included:
- LV Systems: Complete installation of all Low Voltage power and lighting systems.
- Weak Current Systems: Installation of all weak current systems (e.g., telephone, television).
- Safety & Security: Installation of the Security and Fire Alarm Systems for the buildings.
