Project Overview
In one of our earliest large-scale projects, Emit was the electrical contractor for the 1st Phase of the landmark Bahçeşehir housing development. This extensive project covered the electrical systems for 195 super luxury triplex villas and 800 luxury high-rise housing units.
Scope of Work & Key Deliverables
Our scope for the villas and housing units included:
- LV Systems: Complete installation of all Low Voltage power and lighting systems.
- Weak Current Systems: Installation of all weak current systems (e.g., telephone, television).
- Safety & Security: Installation of the Security and Fire Alarm Systems for all residences.
