Emit was the electrical contractor for the Balgat Business Center, a mixed-use commercial building featuring 31 offices, 20 shops, 6 workshops, and 2 large stores. The project involved the full electrical installation for this complex, multi-purpose facility.
Scope of Work & Key Deliverables

- Power Infrastructure: A complete Medium Voltage (MV) and Transformer substation.
- Backup Power: A high-capacity generator system.
- LV Systems: All Low Voltage power and lighting systems.
