Project Overview
For the Decahydrate plant at the Bandırma Boron Operations facility, Emit was contracted to perform comprehensive electrical and automation works. The project included revisions to existing systems as well as the manufacturing and installation of new control panels and infrastructure.
Scope of Work & Key Deliverables
Our scope included:
- MV Systems: Revisions and upgrades to the existing Medium Voltage cable infrastructure.
- Panel Manufacturing: Revisions to the main electrical panels and manufacturing of new MCC panels for the cooling towers.
- LV Systems: Complete installation of Low Voltage power and lighting systems.
- Automation & Control: Implementation of SCADA and PLC automation systems.
- Instrumentation: Installation of various industrial field instruments.
- Safety Systems: A complete Fire Alarm System installation.
