Project Overview
As part of this construction project, a Boron Granule Fertilizer Plant with a capacity of 20,000 tons/year, an ABCOL Plant with a capacity of 12,500 tons/year, and a Crushing Plant with a capacity of 12,500 tons/year were built. Emit undertook the complete turnkey Electrical, Automation, and Instrumentation works for these facilities.
Scope of Work & Key Deliverables
Our work on this project included the following fabrications:
- MV & Power Systems: Supply and installation of 2700 meters of MV underground cable, a 34.5/0.4 kV 2500 kVA transformer substation, a concrete kiosk, and MV Cells.
- Motor Control: Supply and installation of 154 Frequency Converters.
- Panel Manufacturing: Supply and installation of ADP, MCC, Power, and Lighting panels.
- Weak Current Systems: Installation of a Fire Detection and Alarm System and a CCTV Imaging System with 54 cameras, including fiber terminations, data cabinets, and integration into the Eti Maden network.
- Instrumentation: Mechanical and field installation of level and pressure switches/transmitters, including calibration and integration into the DCS control system.
- Automation & DCS: Supply, installation, and engineering services for a 4,500 I/O capacity DCS system, including SCADA programming, control of over 450 pieces of equipment, advanced alarm management, and predictive maintenance.
