Project Overview
For the Emet Sulfuric Acid Production Facility, Emit was contracted to perform the mobilization electrical works and to supply key materials and equipment. This project involved establishing the initial power infrastructure required for the plant's operations.
Scope of Work & Key Deliverables
Our work included the supply, installation, and/or commissioning of:
- MV Switchgear: 5 units of 12 kV Medium Voltage cells.
- MV Cabling: 2,460 meters of Medium Voltage underground cable.
- Transformers: 2 units of 6.3/0.4 kV, 800 kVA transformers.
- Substations: 3 reinforced concrete kiosks for transformer substations.
- Backup Power: Installation of 2 units of 825 kVA diesel generators.
- LV Systems: Complete installation of high-current power and lighting distribution systems.
- Panel Manufacturing: Supply and installation of Main Distribution Panels (ADP), power, and lighting panels.
