Project Overview
Emit was the electrical contractor for the 2nd phase of the Eryaman mass housing project, which consisted of 453 high-rise housing units. Our work encompassed both the interior electrical systems for the residences and the complete site infrastructure to support the development.
Scope of Work & Key Deliverables
Our comprehensive scope included:
- Residential Installations: Complete Low Voltage power, lighting, and weak current systems for all 453 housing units.
- Power Substation: A 630 kVA Transformer substation.
- Backup Power: A 400 kVA backup generator group distribution system.
- Site Distribution: A Low Voltage site-wide power distribution system.
- Communications: A complete telephone and cable TV distribution system.
- Exterior Lighting: Installation of the garden lighting system for the entire site.
