Electrical & Automation Works for Kırka-Değirmenözü Connection Road
Project Overview
This project involved the complete electrical and automation works for three new 80-ton weighbridges on the Kırka-Değirmenözü connection road. The core of the project was the implementation of a modern, automated system to streamline vehicle processing, including an advanced RFID system for automatic passage and data collection.
Scope of Work & Key Deliverables
Our scope included the supply, installation, and commissioning of:
- LV Distribution Panels: Supply and installation of the main Low Voltage distribution panels.
- Backup Power: A 30 kVA Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) to ensure continuous operation.
- Infrastructure: Complete Low Voltage power and lighting installation.
- Data & Communications: Installation of Fiber Optic Data and Telecommunication Systems.
- Security & Safety: Supply and installation of a CCTV System and a Fire Alarm System.
- Advanced Automation: An RFID-based automatic weighbridge crossing system, including full engineering services for data integration into the client's ERP system.
