Project Overview
For the 5-star, 1200-bed luxury May Hotel, Emit was the contractor for a wide range of specialized weak current, automation, and guest experience systems. This project showcased our ability to deliver complex, integrated solutions for the high-end hospitality sector.
Scope of Work & Key Deliverables
Our commitment included the full installation of:
- Audio/Visual Systems: General Public Address and Announcement System, Satellite Antenna and TV Distribution, and an Infrared Conference System.
- Building Automation: An automatic control system for the Heating and Cooling (HVAC) infrastructure.
- Security Systems: A Closed-Circuit Camera System (CCTV) and an Infrared Security System.
- Guest Experience Systems: A complete sound and light system for the discotheque, motorized curtain systems, a bathroom emergency call system, and a staff paging system.
