Project Overview

As part of the TAI Production and Test Facilities and Infrastructure construction, Emit was responsible for the turnkey electrical, automation, and instrumentation works for the critical B910 Helicopter Prototype Development and Assembly Building. This project required the implementation of highly reliable and advanced electrical systems to support national defense and aerospace innovation.

Scope of Work & Key Deliverables

Our comprehensive scope included the supply, installation, and commissioning of:

  • MV Infrastructure: 7,800 meters of Medium Voltage underground cable.
  • Transformer Substations: 2 substations and 6 transformers (four 34.5/0.4 kV, 2000 kVA and two 34.5/0.4 kV, 1600 kVA).
  • Energy Monitoring: A complete Energy SCADA system for monitoring and control.
  • Power Distribution: Approximately 5,000 meters of power busbar systems with various capacities from 400A to 4000A.
  • Lighting Systems: 4,350 meters of lighting busbar, along with a complete lighting distribution and automation system.
  • Panel Manufacturing: All Main Distribution (ADP), Power, and Lighting panels.
  • Weak Current Systems: A full suite of electronic systems including Fire Detection and Alarm, Public Address & Voice Evacuation, CCTV, Card Access Control, and an RFID system.
